Process Flow
First, the product is put into the warehouse, the warehouse will inspect the incoming material, PMC will dispatch the order, and the assembly picking and product sampling will be carried out. After the inspection is correct, the objects are assembled and then refined. After the product is assembled, the function and water test are carried out, and the product hygiene is cleaned up. After the QC full inspection is completed, the last step of product packaging is completed.
About the rotomolding process
Add the raw material into the mold, and then heat the mold to rotate continuously along two mutually perpendicular axes, so that the raw material in the mold is gradually uniformly coated under the action of gravity and heat, adhered to the surface of the mold, and forms the desired shape, and then Cool the mold and demould to obtain the product.
