After nearly a year of intense construction, the production base invested by Kuer Group with an investment of about 160 million yuan passed the acceptance inspection by the relevant competent authorities today and was officially completed.
The new factory covers an area of ​​about 50 acres, with a total of 4 buildings and a total construction area of ​​64,568 square meters.

Building 1 has 2 floors in part, with a construction area of ​​39,716 square meters. It is the main production workshop of our group. It is planned to produce 2,000 sets of cabinets and 600 hulls per day.

Building No. 2 has 3 floors with a construction area of ​​14,916 square meters. It is the warehouse of our group. It is also equipped with two sunken container loading and unloading platforms and two freight elevators with a maximum load of 4 tons, which can greatly improve the efficiency of container loading and unloading.

Building No. 3 has 5 floors, with a construction area of ​​5,552 square meters. It is the living building of our group’s employees. The first floor is the staff canteen and activity center, and the 2-5 floors are staff dormitories. There are a total of 108 rooms, which are configured according to double and single rooms. With an area of ​​about 30 square meters, it is equipped with desks, wardrobes, independent toilets, living balconies and showers. Each floor is also equipped with independent laundry rooms, which can greatly improve the living environment of employees.

Building No. 4 has 4 floors, with a construction area of ​​4,384 square meters. It is the administrative office building of our group. There are training rooms, comprehensive office areas, laboratories and other related functional department office areas, with about 100 workers. In addition, there are also single apartment, gym and other facilities.
With the completion of the acceptance, the construction of outdoor auxiliary projects, greening projects and interior decoration projects will be carried out. It is expected that the new production base will be fully put into operation by the end of June, let us wait and see!
