ICE BUCKET

Internal accessories
All metal parts of the rotomolded ice chest are made of 304 food-grade stainless steel and aluminum materials. The materials have good seawater resistance, good corrosion resistance and never rust; all materials can pass the US FDA food-grade test standard test, Heavy metal content test, smoke test;
All plastic parts are made of food-grade polypropylene PP, which has good aging resistance and weather resistance. The material is food-grade and can pass the US FDA food-grade testing standard;
The sealing strip of the mini ice bucket cover, the lock button of the box cover, and the anti-skid foot pad are made of food-grade modified TPR elastomer. Process Flow
Prior to PMC sending out the order, the product is first placed in the warehouse, where it will be checked for damage and assembly picking as well as product,sample done. The product will afterwards be rotomolded. After foaming, complete a comprehensive QC foaming inspection before performing any scraping,foaming, or other activities. The pieces are assembled and then refined if the examination is successful. After the product has been put together, a functionand water test is run, and the product's hygienic conditions are cleaned. The final step of product packaging is finished when the thorough QC inspection is finished.
About the rotomolding process
Add the raw material to the mold, heat it so that it rotates constantly along two perpendicular axes, and then cool it to remove the product. This process causes the raw material in the mold to gradually become uniformly coated with heat and stick to the mold's surface.
